Welcome to the Verify550 Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up as an affiliate (“Affiliate”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). This Agreement is between you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) and Quickie Marketing LLC DBA as Verify550 (“Verify550,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
- Enrollment in the Program
To enroll in the Verify550 Affiliate Program, you must complete and submit an affiliate application through our designated portal. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Rejected applications may be due to, but not limited to:
Incomplete or inaccurate information,
Content that promotes illegal, offensive, or misleading materials,
Violation of Verify550 brand guidelines or ethical marketing standards.
- Affiliate Responsibilities
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
Promote Verify550 in a truthful, professional, and compliant manner.
Avoid false claims or misrepresentation of Verify550’s services, pricing, or features.
Comply with all laws and regulations, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM and FTC endorsement guidelines.
Refrain from bidding on Verify550 brand terms (or misspellings) in PPC or search engine ads.
- Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 20% recurring commission on all verified, paying customers they refer to Verify550.
Commissions are paid for the lifetime of the customer account, as long as the customer remains active and pays Verify550 directly.
Recurring commissions apply only to direct referrals made through your unique affiliate tracking link.
If a referred customer fails to purchase credits for more than 6 months, commission payments for that customer will cease.
- Payment Terms
Payments are made net 30 days from the end of each calendar month, for all qualified commissions earned during that period.
Minimum payout threshold: $100 USD.
Payments will be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
Verify550 reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions for:
Refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions,
Canceled accounts within the refund period,
Self-referrals or duplicate signups.
- Cookie Duration
Our affiliate tracking cookie lasts for 30 days.
If a customer signs up within that window using your link, the sale will be attributed to you.
- Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates may not:
Engage in spam or unsolicited email campaigns.
Mislead potential customers through deceptive claims.
Create or promote coupon/discount sites using Verify550’s name without written approval.
Use “Verify550” or confusingly similar terms in domains, social media handles, or ads.
Purchase Verify550’s services through your own affiliate link.
Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
- Term and Termination
This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
Upon termination, all rights to promotional materials and trademarks must cease, and unpaid commissions will be paid out per the standard schedule if not subject to dispute.
- Ownership and Intellectual Property
Verify550 retains all rights, title, and interest in its trademarks, service marks, logos, and proprietary materials.
Affiliates may use these materials only in connection with approved promotional activities and must not alter, misuse, or claim ownership of them.
- Limitation of Liability
Verify550 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from this Program.
- Relationship of Parties
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Affiliate and Verify550.
You are an independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and compliance obligations.
- Modification of Terms
Verify550 reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of such changes.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
